A delegation from Shanghai University (SU) in Shanghai, China led by Professor Song Wu, the Vice President of SU, will be in Detroit from May 22nd to May 24th of this year. In order to provide Michigan professionals with collaboration and education exchange opportunities with Chinese Universities, The College of Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Michigan-Dearborn, CAGD, DCEA, and ASUANA will jointly organize a forum. This event will take place on May 23rd, from 2PM to 4:30PM in the Institute of Advanced Vehicle Systems Auditorium at The University of Michigan - Dearborn. At the forum, Professor Wu will provide an overview of Shanghai University, discuss the opportunities at their university, and introduce some research funding and grant programs supported by the China central government, Shanghai municipal government, Chinese enterprises and SU itself. At the forum, you will have great opportunities to talk directly with Shanghai University’s high-ranked officials to propose collaboration methods that you are excited about.

Dr. Yubao Chen and Dr. Yu Xie will make presentations at the forum to share their rich experiences regarding cooperation with Chinese universities.
