The position of Business to Business Sales Representative is all about creating new market share within an assigned territory. The Business to Business Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling ACHR services and technology, leveraging relationships and closing new business for ACHR.
The Business to Business Sales Representative is charged with telling the ACHR story and clearly demonstrating that ACHR is the best choice of electronic fuel pumps and module provider.
Responsibilities:
• Follow the Presentational Excellence Process (PrEP) assuring the customer understands our value proposition
• Identify new business prospects, utilizing creative lead-generating techniques
• Sell products and services within assigned territory consisting of mid-sized business customer accounts, maintaining a sales quota and following established guidelines.
• May maintain up to 5 posted existing ACHR customer accounts that must continue to show progress and continued sales and marketing activities within territory.
• Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies, and apply time and territory management techniques
• Utilize approved marketing materials to present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying benefits and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition
• Adhere to current ACHR policies, procedures, products, programs and services
• Follow up with prospects
• Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence
• Prepare final contact for signature
• Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
• Post installation follow-up by contacting customers, ensuring commitments were met and generate referrals
• Maintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction after the completion of both 6 and 12 months of service
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line for products/services and customers¡¯ issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research
• Responsible for completing the New Business Sales Representative certification Program within one month of entering this position

Release assigned parts into GM system. Takes direction from Lead Component Engineer. The Electrical Resident Design Release Engineer is the person responsible for leading the team that executes the many tasks required to design, develop and validate a subsystem for production. This event will mingle local Chinese professionals in automotive industry, including but not limited to, procurement and supply (P&S) and engineering, with BBDC representatives. The event will be highlighted by the introduction of the latest development and future plans for BBDC by the delegation members in the first one and half hour, and followed by Q & A or on-site interview.
Currently BBDC has a couple of Senior Managers positions opened in P&S department and is very interested and serious in hiring the people who are sincere to develop their careers in China and with P&S or engineering background.
